Let Go & Be Free

How do you let go? There is so much in our lives that holds us back. Some of it we are aware of and some we aren’t. Even when we are aware, we still let it happen. We still don’t let it go. We find ourselves allowing these things to crop up and cause issues in our lives. We let past arguments and experiences determine how we react in the present. Often with not so great outcomes.

Transforming the baggage of the past sets you free. It allows you to be who you are at your core and it supports you to be the best version of yourself.

I don’t know about you, but if I’m about to dive into the big blue ocean of adventure, I’m going to leave my baggage on the shore. When the ocean gets rough its hard enough to keep your head above the water, you don’t need excess baggage weighing you down.

A daily practice can be extremely helpful the leave the crap behind. Ground yourself into the earth, you might imagine you are a tree and you have roots coming out of your feet. Imagine these roots going all the way into the core of the earth. You now want to allow the day to fall away from you. Try imagining that you are standing under a waterfall and the water is washing away all the yuck, all the crap, all the stuff that no longer serves you. Gift it to the earth and allow the earth to gift to you as well. Receive from the earth anything you require to heal. Then image your who energy field is protected by white light. This light lets everything through that supports you on your highest and best path. But it also repels anything that doesn’t, returning to sending with love.

This practise or similar will stabilise your emotions and energy. For the big stuff that you just can’t let go of on your own. Know that there are heaps of ways to do this quickly and easily, if you really want to…
